Xalacom is used to treat glaucoma and lower elevated intraocular pressure. There may be a high fluid pressure inside the eye when you have glaucoma. Nonetheless, some glaucoma sufferers may not have normal intraocular pressure. Glaucoma is usually caused by a build up of the fluid which flows through the eye.
