NORPLAT TAB contains Clopidogrel Bisulphate, an antiplatelet medication used to reduce the risk of blood clots in patients with acute coronary syndrome, recent heart attack, or stroke. It works by inhibiting platelet aggregation, helping to prevent thrombotic events. Indicated for secondary prevention in cardiovascular conditions and management of acute coronary syndromes. Clopidogrel is particularly useful in patients who cannot tolerate aspirin or require dual antiplatelet therapy. Take as directed by your healthcare provider. Swallow tablets whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Continue treatment for the duration prescribed, even if you feel well. Common side effects may include bleeding, bruising, or gastrointestinal discomfort. Inform your doctor of any unusual bleeding, allergic reactions, or concurrent medications before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
