MIMCIPAR 30MG TAB contains Cinacalcet HCL, a calcimimetic agent used to treat secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic kidney disease on dialysis. It works by increasing the sensitivity of the parathyroid gland's calcium-sensing receptor, helping to reduce parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels and serum calcium concentration.
