Ciprozan 500mg is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the urinary tract, respiratory system, skin, and soft tissues. Each tablet contains 500mg of ciprofloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. Ciprozan works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase, preventing bacterial cell division and growth. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as urinary tract infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, and wound infections. Take as directed by your healthcare provider, typically one tablet twice daily with or without food. Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.
