Safety, Usage, and Contraindications

🚫 Do NOT Use If Patient Has:

• Glaucoma

• Prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate) or bladder neck obstruction

• Myasthenia gravis

• Oesophageal spasm or pyloric/duodenal obstruction

• Known hypersensitivity to Paracetamol or Orphenadrine Citrate

⚠️ Precautions & Warnings

• Heart Conditions: Use Orphenadrine with caution in patients with tachycardia, cardiac decompensation, coronary insufficiency, or cardiac arrhythmias.

• Liver/Kidney: Use Paracetamol with caution in patients with hepatic or renal dysfunction.

• Concomitant Use: Advise patients not to take other medicines containing Paracetamol or Orphenadrine to avoid overdose.

• Long-Term Therapy: Safety for continuous long-term use is not established. If prolonged, periodic monitoring of blood, urine, and liver function is recommended.
