DIAMPA 25MG contains Empagliflozin, a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. This medication works by helping your kidneys remove excess glucose through urine, thereby lowering blood sugar levels. Empagliflozin is effective in improving glycemic control and has been shown to provide cardiovascular and renal protective benefits. It can be used as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents. Each tablet contains 25mg of Empagliflozin. Take as directed by your healthcare provider. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor before use if you have kidney disease, urinary tract infections, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Common side effects may include genital infections and increased urination.
