LOMOTIL TAB contains diphenoxylate HCl and atropine sulphate, a combination medication used to treat acute diarrhea and reduce intestinal motility. Diphenoxylate works by slowing down gut movement, while atropine helps prevent abuse and reduces cramping. Effective for managing non-specific diarrhea in adults and children over 2 years.
