Daclatasvir is used to treat chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver, along with sofosbuvir, another antiviral drug. It is never recommended to use daclatasvir without sofosbuvir. It is also possible to combine daclatasvir and sofosbuvir with ribavirin, another antiviral drug.
